Services

We serve low-income families and individuals in an attempt to improve their quality of life by providing access to quality housing, culturally aware mental health and healthcare, nutritious and healthy food, mentorship,  and access to community services. We also work with community organizations and individuals to remove barriers that prevent people from leading healthier lives. This holistic approach addresses the five social determinants of health: safe housing, income, education, healthy food, and high-quality health care.
